Admittedly, not for the last few weeks (since I started coming on here funnily enough) but yeah, I hit about 3 months of running every day. Must start it up again. I can feel it coming back.
Through my ex trying every known weight loss gimmick under the sun, I found out that the only way to lose weight is exercise and healthy eating. By running 3km every day, eating healthy small meals and not snacking, I lost a stone and a half in 2 months. As long as you're disciplined, it'll fall off. Guarentee it
There's nothing wrong with a good cuddle from time to time. It's hard to keep it that way at first (and that's not just the guys ) but sometimes, just having someone in your arms is the best feeling in the world.... depending on the person of course.
