The house is 25 years old..I'm not sure if they used a dpc back then when building houses..I'm sure they probably would have its not that long ago..the paint in the walls in 2 bedrooms becomes blotchy but these problems have only surfaced in the last few years..a plumber I know reckons its burst pipes in the floor thats causing the problems
its a concrete floor...I know the living room has underlay under the wooden floorboards..not sure about the rest of the house..I reckon the chap that fitted them was a cowboy..He did the whole house in 1 day..4 big bedrooms and 1 hallway..floors in 2 bedrooms and the hallway are starting to swell up badly..when I wake up in the morning and get out of bed sometimes i forget about the state of the floor and i trip on it ..thats how bad it is...Pedro I don't know if the floors and foundation walls are holding dampness..how would I know if they were anyway?
not sure where the cheapest or best place is... I have them in my place...They are grand if they don't swell up..when they do you get lumps in the floor..disaster altogether..you need to heat the house properly or the floors will swell up with moisture
I expected to meet people..I think too many people on this site cry and whinge about not having any success well thats down to their own lack of action..if you want something to happen you make it happen..I met a quare wan last night from the fishy site...got a bit of mouth to mouth and hand on tit that was it..I'm sure next time I'll go balls deep in her..These sites are what you make of them
probably 120 or 130 from 20 yo yo if you drive easy you might get 50mpg from it if you drive like a nun..no harsh acceleration or braking..a gallon of petrol would be around the 8 euro mark..diesels about the same but you could thrash a diesel and you'd still get good mpg
yeah I have regrets..I think we all do..ruminating about the past is bad for you well thats what I think anyway..If I was to focus on the past too much I'd become miserable..depressed..emotional..I think of exs..what could have been? my career? what should I have done differently...try not to focus on the past..its hard not to but its for the best
