A story like this will always be sensationalised, but it's very seldom that a missing person in Glen is found alive, so we're just happy with that. I'll get the "local" version of events this weekend

To be serious for one second, I wouldn't say I have an unhealthy diet, I just don't fit into the "norm" when people talk about a healthy diet....if it's green, I don't eat it
I don't eat fruit or veg, I smoke too much, drink too much and don't exercise (apart from walking the dog!!). Am I healthy? Probably not. Am I happy? Hell yes
