I suppose I'm talking more about the forums, but I have got mail from some men that were at pains to tell me all about the hardships they had overcome in their lives.....
It's just an observation I'm making as I wouldn't have experienced it in real life as much as on here
I'm not knocking it, a good friend that I met on the net said to me that I was very "normal" to be on a dating site.....he seemed shocked when he said it

I'm not saying people join sites like this because of their past problems, more, do they feel that this is the best way for them to meet someone because of them
Fifi, I take your point about people in the real world not having it plastered on their forehead, but by the same standards, people don't plaster it on their profile on here, it just comes out in conversation......a lot
I cheated on the first and then left I knew I'd cheat on the second, in time, so I left I would never have cheated on the third, he left, and later accused me of cheating on him!!!
