Yeah, this is supposed to have come from our county board. There is a certain logic to it (having Dublin stand alone), but it doesn't suit me so I'm choosing to ignore it
I heard a "stupid" rumour at the weekend, that all going according to plan, Dublin will be stand alone on the bank holiday Monday, Donegal on Sunday (double header) and I have no idea who they think will fill Croker as a stand alone on the Saturday
I'm never confident going into an Ulster tie, but I'm ready for it!!! Hitting the road at 11 am, collecting 2 passengers on the way, and then it's Clones, here I am
I didn't get to see Kerry and Tyrone and I only caught the end of the others on the radio. Seems like there were a couple of scares on the cards for a while before normal order was restored
Oh, and a big thank you to the Marty Morrissey of CS for keeping me updated
We did Jimbo, but that was a different era.......we were still in the mindset of "we are not going to lose this game" as opposed to "we can win this game"
The team this year have more faith in themselves, but not enough to go all the way in my opinion
RE: Pink Shirt Poll
I don't know about that.....I think the meets contributed to my eternal exclusion
