I looked at this earlier tonight and "laughed out loud".....literally!!!
I come from a tiny little village in Donegal...we have a range of houses from council/terrace/semi to 7+bed houses on 1+acre sites.....they are all valued at 0-100,000.........
Happy days for my 82 yr old mammy that lives in a 6 bed detached, on top of a hill, views to die for, property....she pays the same as my 3 bed, crappy, mid terrace town house
