I read an article last week about a player that transferred from Roscommon to Leitrim (I think) and he's not living or working in Leitrim but it just all went through under the radar....
Stan, my answer to that is quite simple.....I'm a traditional girl at heart, meaning you play for your home club or county.
We have had "non nationals" play for Donegal, and for my club, but they did so because they were genuinely living and working in the area.
Where will it all end if every player that is dropped decides they will just go and play somewhere else? You fight for your place, you prove that the management was wrong to drop you.....
I had a look at another site last year (an ex member from here told me about it) and they openly advertised it when they appointed a new moderator.....bells and whistles, the whole celebratory thingy......strange
