In answer to your question, yes I would. But this is the third "crying" thread you have started and I would definitely not date a "poor me" type of person
You know the way some companies, and individuals, say they're not sending christmas cards but are making a donation to charity instead? Well, tell everyone you're making a charitable donation instead of buying presents this year........let them work out for themselves that charity begins at home
And on that point, I can tell from the posts on that thread, and the sign up sheet that there will be at least 10 - 12 people guaranteed to attend that one. Maybe I'm here too long and can read the "meet" threads too well
I wouldn't blame the guy that set up the thread. All he can do is find a venue and encourage people to attend. Maybe that wasn't done as much on this meet as others, but I'd be more pissed off with those that said they were going to be there and just didn't show up
Anyway, if I had been there drinks would have been had regardless of numbers
You can't blame the OP for people not turning up. It all comes back to the same old chestnut.....people put their names on the sign up sheet even though they have no intention of attending.
It's a pity this one didn't work out though because Galway is such a great city
RE: The Taoiseachs address to the nation.
Nice tie though
