I think it was, in a temporary moment of despair, an internet search of dating sites. I liked what I saw, and thought, hmmmm, maybe I'll hang around a bit.
Just received some new parts for an old bike yesterday. Commence re-assembly Saturday, and with luck, go for a rip along the coast Sunday morning. That, and maybe write someone....
Here in So Cal, the ads read "if you remotely meet my requirements, most importanly income, send me a note, and I may give it consideration." No. I'm not jaded, really.
I'd like to think in this day and age, it goes both ways equally. I suppose that is why I like the dynamic of the forums - you get a chance to get a feel (figuratively!) for the person, and one of you can contact the other.
I am not sick of it. At this age, I've found that those that intensely seek often do not find. Relax, let life happen, and you never know. Of course, I'm on this site, too.
You go through life meeting, knowing, and acquainting yourself with so many people. Then, there are the ones that inspire you, lighten you when you are heavy, and generally make your day. They are few and far between, but they are there...
RE: So, you're interested in somebody...
I am guilty of having a look-in, I suppose. Interesting to read the responses. Many good threads today my friend...
