born in Exeter In the SW of the UK (near to Dartmoor, home of the Hound of the Baskervilles) lived in 3 of the 6 continents for the majority of my adult life. Am now back in London area.
I was 3 weeks away from finalising the sale of my pub, ending my relationship with my girlfriend and leaving the UK for a sojourn around Europe, that would ultimately find me on here.
Im outta here ... I have to clean my apartment before the agent comes around for the final inspection ..
Then I move out, and head towards the bright lights of London ...
Saying goodbye to my lighthouse on the river is going to be sad.
Its only the second time, I will have gotten attached to a place I lived in. Lousy internet connection and a few tumbles in the bathtub with my laptop, but nm.
