there are allot of needy people particularly those with children who are single parents . Its not to be looked down at if the recipients of help are trying to better themselves . However if a person is just lazy or have other issues no i don;t think the government should support being a bum. the kids yes and the working poor i really its nothing to look down on on. i give only to the needy not the greedy
