My friend got a stroke. His wife recommended him to go for both counselling and therapy. The first was to deal with his emotional aspects and the later was to work on his motoric censor. And so that's what those two terms mean to me. But if you mean the word "mean" as literally psychological definition, I dont exactly know.
No.. and hope never will.
When after we do every thing we can by ourself to help is still not enough..
