I don’t read any sort of how to books related to dating or relationships. Men and women have been dating for centuries. Why would we need any lessons or advice on how to date? Why would I want to learn how to see, if by nature, I already know how to see.

That’s interesting. I think there is a high correlation similar to your situation. I also enjoy numbers. I’m glad that what I do deals with numbers, history and problem solving. Hence, I enjoy reading lots of book based on historical facts.
If I can recall, the last book I read not related to history was William Faulkner’s “Go Down Moses”. A fragmented novel of short stories. It was very challenging.
