We've got some Turkish people with families here in Broadstairs and I have to say the ones I know are hard working, own clean shops, understand our humour and speak good English.
Well said - The ones who come here and buy a home here then shout their mouth off about US supremacy over us Brits and think they are hard soon get it shut -- Painfully. - They picked the wrong place on this corner of the south of England to argue that and have clearly not studied our history.
Too right - They and Germans come here and do their shopping as its cheaper and think the places are there own. They don't like being reminded that we live here and they are f in visitors so there are more than verbal disagreements at times.
The illegals come to Dover all the time and have been coming in on the beaches at night at St Margaret's bay near Dover and Pegwell Bay, Ramsgate for so many years. The so called border agency Customs and Police all knew and let it happen. They have been and are doing F all because of EU law and we should get pout for that reason alone
I had one who tried after she gave me the chop when we had been together for 6 months over an argument about a high mobile phone bill demand that she got and took to drink.- A week later she asked me to let us try again and help pay the bill but I wasn't having any the second time after she hit the bottle. 2 years on in 2013 she phoned me pleading to meet at her flat saying she was ill, so I went as she was only a mile away. She was plastered, and wanted me to stay all night with her so I walked out.
Concrete the bloody lot over, paint it all green and have Plastic Trees Shrubs and Flowers in it, plus a Wooden Summer house with a Barbie Bar, Chairs and Sunshade. Cheaper in the long run and - If you MUST grow yer own Veggies & herbs, have Soil in 25Cm deep boxes x 2 metres long, raised to waist level to save strainin yer back. Good luck
