The parents need to be punished yes, hard to say about the kids though, some of them probably had no knowledge of anything their parents done. I can understand if they were removed from the schools but anything further would be questionable.
Having a great morning, downing some coffee and got some music going :) No sleep last night so I got to stay awake till this evening at least to stay on a normal sleep pattern.
I got a middle of the road Sony home theater system set up in the music room alongside of the PA gear for when I want to listen for clarity (PA gear tends to not sound as sweet as home stereo gear). I would love to have a full Polk Audio system
In the lower grades, the girls used to wear these little elastic hair buckles with big rock hard plastic knobs on them. We used to take them from the girls then snap them over the skull with the knobs
We were really fortunate that way as the staff at our school was extra tolerant to drugs for some reason. We had a little nook we ducked into in the woods by the side of the school and spent recess and dinner times smoking dope. Wasn't much other drugs around at the time except a scattered hit of acid or when it was mushroom season.
French teachers had a high turnover rate at my school. Canada has two official languages, English and French so in high school, we are taught french. Unfortunately for the teachers, most of us had more interest in harrassing the teacher than actually learning anything. We sent away 3 of them one year
I don't have a lot of good memories about school as I was a undiagnosed autistic kid who was railroaded by a outdated system but I do remember a karaoke contest that was held for the school when I was in grade 9 that I won. I remember spending the $20 I won on a gram of hash lol.
We done a lot of partying on the weekends, that was every bit as much a part of the school days as school itself was. Mondays would be blah and so would Tuesdays. By Wednesday, we had an idea of where the party was going to be the coming weekend, and Thursdays and Fridays were positive days because the weekend was coming.
