A 30 year old male teacher sleeps with a 16 year old female pupil, bearing in mind that 16 is the age of consent in the UK, do you think he should be prosecuted.
Conversly a 30 year old female teacher, sleeps with one of her 16 year old male students, should she be prosecuted, is there more blame in the one case than in the other.
