Are they plugged in at the mains Are they plugged into your pc or did the wire come loose. Go to your task bar at the bottom where the clock is,Click on the megaphone and right click. It will open your settings to check it is not muted and the balance is right.
Failing that call a professional or someone would need to remote in.
I say try it. I am hoping to retire there. Well Llandbedr anyway. I haven't been to Scotland. Paris just isn't my cup of tea. Considering it's meant to be romantic, that certainly isn't how I felt about it.
