Riz is not acting like you are on this thread on your thread. Perhaps try affording him the same respect. Rather than acting like the child on the video.
That was represented on the basis of how children are learning to respect others in society. That child was behaving like that because the man in the video had just caught him vandalising cars.
Which is no different that you are on this topic. In how you disrespect the OP by carrying on as you are. Also, yourself. Rather than causing destruction wherever you go. Act your age, not your shoe size.
Sometimes it's just best to listen. But she should talk to him about it. He may shock her, cause I am not sure if he is even aware and she isn't giving him chance to talk it through and possibily help.
If it was work work. I understand as I know plenty of men and women. Especially at management level that require both. Even to the degree of being on call.
