I am pointing more to the fact people just hitting a button for the simple fact it's apparent they don't like the poster.
Along with it's a forum discussion board, where nobody actually knows why you agree or disagree.
Isn't that the point. To take that discussion further with lots of thoughts?
I am more likely to hit agree with someone I agree with than hit dislike. Either way, I make the effort to explain why I think like that. The point I draw the line though is when it becomes a hateful discussion. I just walk away.
I personally think the option is a negative, rather than a positive to understand anothers view point. But I do appreciate to some people it isn't an option they use.
This thread is coming from observations over several days.
I think there needs to be a modification on this. That being, you cannot hide who agrees and who disagrees on the forum.
When entering into a discussion to me the point is that you are actually discussing a topic.
I find the current option an opportunity for cowards. That being, it is easy to mask yourself online and actually select this option on a basis of an individual. Rather than the actual discussion. Creating no further expansion on a thread.
I have sat and watched people disagree on someone actually going to bed. I mean really? Lol On evidence cited online. I am not a forum politics person as a rule. But this is an action of a coward in my view.
I don't have this problem Anna, but I have certainly had a problem with my legs when I have over done it. To the degree I had to stop and rest to prevent it getting worse.
Yes it was painful, very painful. But I personally would consider all options and try them before an operation.
