RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

How you conduct yourself is a different matter Lets. Freedom of speech does not give you or anybody the right to try and destroy others.

You seem to like to jump on the bandwagon. We'll leave it at that.

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

Does it? Or did you feel the need to defend your friend and doing so bring up the past and you still don't feel there should be a licence on the net?

Would you value this happening to any member of your family?

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

I'd of opted to Ban Rainbow for her conduct on this thread as well. Don't make me party to what I have not seen with my own eyes.

You teach your kids and Grandkids this behaviour?

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

Rainbow is no angel Linds. Neither are you or I. But 4 of you? Really? Read back. I said I did not agree with what Riz said. I did not feel the need to hound him though?

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

It only took 4 of you to do it. Congratulations.

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

No Linds, did you feel better by saying how you feel about the OP and putting him down?

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

Did that make you feel better?

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

He's not Lets. That's what you think. Majority are not speaking up in threads. They have made the choice to no longer participate. He who shouts loudest is just shouting his own opinion.

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

So lets see 4 -1 thumbs down

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

I speak on what I find Rainbow. If I came onto your thread bashing Catholics. Would you value it?

I very much doubt it. But for some reason since Riz wrote this thread you are compelled to keep posting about Muslims.

What he says, what you are doing is wrong and it is my right to say so. It shows lack of respect of not just the OP, but yourself. You conduct yourself in a manner I value and if you open your eyes to the forum as a whole. Neither do they. They are saying it as well.

Your intent is the wrong one in my opinion and I am voicing that. Before you started to throw your opinion on Muslims eveywhere. You and I did not have a problem. Now we do and that is very clear to anyone who reads the threads. Which they do. Whilst you may not care for others opinions of you as a person. You also do not care about how you make the choice to represent yourself as a person.

You maybe caring and considerate. In fact I have seen that side of you. But no more, this rampage you are on. It makes you look like you have no self control. You are forcing, no demanding, dictating what I an English woman should do. That is not your right. It is mine, it is my country and it is my voice that counts in this country. Regardless of your own views. I do not and will not advocate Anarchy.

RE: What truly turns you off - Part 2

Do you think that I do not know? Because that is what you are implying Linds. The issue I have is you will only offer a biased view. You will put all Muslims in the same box. Judge them all the same. There is no balance.

I am fortunate. I know balance. I know some are bad. Some are good. But I also know this in this forum. That even you Linds will only talk of them as a group of people that are terrible. If only you saw what good some of them do. But nobody writes threads on that, but they will about how great the U.S is. That is a biased view point.

At the end of the day we ALL have good and bad about our countries. I do have to say this though. You are at least respectful to me in your approach. I do value that.

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

Miwagi, do you see me posting in there? Passing off what you do onto others. No. I have said to you even recently on what turns you off.

I also said again about asking UK active members. I have witnessed since I have been here so much. I have been party to so much and I and I alone am responsible for my actions. I am not passing them off. I would ask the same of you.

I have said to you I cannot even comment in your threads. If I could, I would say something. To anyone. Like I am, like I have.

This forum has got to the point a lot of posters no longer post in serious debates because of how people conduct themselves. Open your eyes please. Wonder why it's the same posters in your threads. Why there is rarely a different view point.

No longer can others express their views due to how many people conduct themselves. There is rarely a debate, a conversation. Just arguing. I am not far off just sticking to playful threads either.

Consider people around you as well as your own right to freedom of speech.

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

I have yet to see you post anything about Muslims and the UK in a postive light. Miwagi. Which tells me of your bias. I have said this to you. Twice

I accept that there are Muslims and many other faiths that do wrong.

If I did the same about your country, you would be well within your rights to speak to me about it.

RE: Current Thoughts (Cont)~~

Nooo don't do it. It isn't worth it.

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

Miwagi, it is very clear your opinion on Muslims. Yours and many others throughout this forum. I do not agree with your opinion or your reasoning on why Riz started this thread.

I believe Riz started this thread because of the behaviour shown on these forums. I agree with his intent. I have clearly expressed my views on this thread. So did you and you spoke like gentlemen to each other. I had no problem with you both agreeing to disagree. Even a beer was suggested. That I respected, despite your differences.

Now I saw what Riz said, I also saw how he was pushed to saying it. Now I don't dislike you, but I have called you out twice on the things you say about the UK. You know I have.

I cannot even post in your threads and express an opinion without the bullying mentality. I have tried. That isn't for me Miwagi. I have also expressed and asked you to ask people in the UK before listening to the news. All this you know. But I cannot and will not be ok with this. If Riz steps into your theads it's a choice he makes. That does not make what is happening on this thread ok.

RE: Current Thoughts (Cont)~~

I like not knowing, it's like a surprise.

RE: Current Thoughts (Cont)~~

Thank you. That's all I ask hug

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

Nor yourself Rainbow. You and Miwagi sat on this thread bullying Riz. Yet, you claim we're bullies.

Makes sense, I don't agree with what Riz did. But you like to upset, offend and push buttons. Yet, he is the problem.

Now usually Miwagi is fairly respectful. I cannot say the same for you in how you talk to people.

RE: Current Thoughts (Cont)~~

Merc hug Take it easy love. You'll end up with an injury that could put you out for weeks.

RE: Does anyone enjoy working weekends as well as weekdays ?

It's a sad reality Gals, to keep up with the demand. I used to work days, nights and weekends at one point. But as we get older I am hoping that it gets better. wave

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

I have been watching you BOTH. You may not like the UK. But doing this. I had more respect for you than this.

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

Miwagi thumbs down

RE: Does anyone enjoy working weekends as well as weekdays ?

I do still work them. Every other usually. It's a totally different atmosphere at a weekend Gal. I am just glad I don't work the kind of hours I used too.

RE: Should there be a license to use the internet?

Like it couldn't be seen and even when asked it was denied.

RE: Current Thoughts (Cont)~~

rolling on the floor laughing Yeah folks may think we think it now. Probably wise.

Urm I was probably the most naive kid out there Said. I made sure that mine new by the time they went to secondary school. I felt it was important.

Probably would shock most but I was raised partly Christian, sent to a Catholic school boarding school run by nuns as a day pupil.

But we're not going down that path.
