Thanks Blumoon, this camera is defo not directed onto his property as his door opens directly onto the pavement in a terrece of cottages. He has been labelled as dodgey around kids over the years and im uncomfortable with the thoughts of him watching the kids out playing. Gonna have a word with a few of the neighbours and look into having it removed.
You and other neighbours need to get together but leave that other feuding neighbour out of it . .there are laws but you d need to involve council for anti social behaviour aspect and the gardai as there could well be criminal activity involved eg young kids . .best seek legal advice as well . .draw up a diagram / map and will be easier explain it. Seeing as its a local feud rest of ye need to be seen as neutral so avoid anyone that could stoke trouble
