Could you imagine them in power! Telling the IMF /EU to take a hike and living off the national pension reserve fund for 16 months. Burning the bondholders as they like to call it??! Look where that got argentina! Who d lend to us then?? So in 16 months we re broke! Oh and tax anyone to the hilt that might have a bit of wealth for creating jobs . .watch the Intels and Microsofts pulling out then in earnest! Do we really want to go back to Russia 1950s style. He already has proved himself as a capable leader and when he was picking up FG off the floor he did it in his quiet and unassuming way. Isnt it good that he s not starting in a way that will disappoint you later like the riff raff that have just left. He is totally different in person to what he is perceived to be and that was borne out on primetime last week and now on the PK show with reporters with him.
What seems to be forgotten is the fact that Fine Gael with the help of others had to pull this country up out of the doldrums before, and what happens? FF got oops bought getting voted back in each time and squandered the lot, happened in 70s and FF bought themselves back in with a giveaway, in the 80s and FF and their cronies took over again . . .only this time they ve given the country away! Anyone see a pattern?!! Why the hell should Enda Kenny bother his head Tuesday night? He has nothing to prove to anyone after what he has done for FG. Doesnt anyone think he has enough on his plate getting our country back and after all he is going on the other debates. He s right in wanting the other leaders included to show up their flaws. . God knows if some of them got in we could just wave goodbye!

Well Enda has certainly pulled FG up out of the doldrums in his quiet and unassuming way without blowing his trumpet. He s just the man to do the same with the country. Have to say he s got the best representatives in their respective portfolios and they re on top of them especially when you compare his front bench to whatever else is out there. He s being real and he s not spouting populist propaganda just for the sake of swaying voters. If only he could get an overall majority!
