I agree about the corruption over here love. Too many EU nationals have been conned out of money for houses due to Mayors and the others filing false papers and then there is nothing done about it. What amazes me is that the papers were duly stamped by the 'Council' people and now they are deemed false and they refuse to pay back the money.
I think what's hit a lot of people out here is the exchange rate to the Euro of the Pound, some lost 20% of their income.

The mosque was already known as a place where perpetrators of the September 11, 2001 attacks on buildings in New York and Washington met.
Some are worth it...like bombing the cocaine fields, the rescuing of hostages and all that. Panama I know nothing of and as Albert said, that was the last time there was a true invasion by the USA alone...27 years ago! Why...I have no idea!
Some of those actions as you call them were freeing hostages, bombing cocaine plantations, help to build borders, provision for air cover as requested by countries, evacuations etc.
Hardly class them as 'invasions' which is the word YOU used.
