Yes she does deserve to know, I believe. But do it for her sake, not to get back at him. Be above him. Unlike some who only knew the person for a few months, it must be more hurtful when it went on for 2 years.
Define, "taking better care of itself". What I see today is a lot of acting...acting good, but lack any true sense of morality. We could cont. to cloth ourselves with "self"..."Me first", "Me last"...that would do wonders for developing a quality built society.
You are right about "A good measure of a person is not in how they treat their equals, but of how they treat others that they feel are their inferiors". Another way to put it is: A good leader will lead with a servants heart.
I'm going to clear this up for those that are bible illiterate.
1) The thief on Jesus' right side did not mock Him. There was more than just one criminal being killed that day. It was the Passover and as such, those convicted to die close to that day were held until the Passover. Another thing you fail to state is that the book of Mark is a much more brief dis-closer of the events of Christ than the other gospels.
2)Yes Jesus DID ascend to Paradise that same day. Again you have no understanding of what Paradise is. It is NOT heaven, but a place where the dead (who feared God) went until the day of redemption (Christ's sacrifice). It's referred to as Hades. Also, like most people, you left out the reason Mary was told that by Christ...she was holding onto Him. Mary wanted to hold onto the physical Jesus in fear of losing Him for good, but Jesus made it clear He was only here now for a short time.
3)Okay, this one is simply a case of you not understanding what you read. In Acts 22:9 Paul said they heard the voice but didn't understand what was said. I'll leave it at that.
4)Yes they did all fall to the ground. Paul said they all fell and that makes sense seeing how that is their custom...even today, that's how they show their respect to a "god". Just because it doesn't mention it in Acts 9:7 does not negate the fact they all did fall down. Luke (the author of Acts) was writing down events in Acts 9:7. In Acts 26:14, Luke was quoting Paul.
5)No God did not tell Paul everything He wanted Paul to do on the road. And this is not a contradiction (as you are trying so hard to prove). Because the bible never teaches God did. And your assessment of Acts 26:16-18 is skewed because Paul was relaying what happened to him to a King. Therefore, Paul wanted to be brief and yet include the essentials.
6)In 1 Corinthians 10:7 Paul quoted from Exodus 32. In 1 Corinthians 10:8, Paul was also referring to the same event in Exodus 32 where 3000 died at the hands of the Levites (Ex 32:28) and 20,000 died by the plague (Ex 32:35).
7)Okay, you really need to learn to read or simply stop deceiving people. Genesis 4 & 27 has nothing to with Acts 7:14. The answer is 75.
8)Judas did not buy the field himself, but gave all the 30 pieces of silver to the priests. The priests in turn went and bought the field. What Luke did in Acts, was attributed the "buying" of the field to Judas. Because it was still Judas' money. For the priests could not accept "blood" money.
9)Judas went and hung himself. The tree Judas hung himself with was on the edge of a cliff. After some time, either the rope broke or the branch broke, but Judas fell from the tree and his body was shattered on the rocks below.
10)It is called Field of Blood because they bought it with blood money.
11)In Proverbs 21:18, the wicked suffering the very thing they devised for the righteous, the wicked became their ransom. In the sense of being a substitute in judgment. In the New Testament, Christ became the substitute also. The Righteous for the unrighteous. But "for many" & "for all" does not mean for all mankind. But only for "all", "many" that call on the name of Christ. For even Jesus separated those that are His and those that are not (John 10:22-39).
Look dude. I have had many chances at having a "knock-out, hot" woman. But the looks only go so far. You are only saying that because you don't know her, lived with her or even had a argument with her. You want to know where the real beauty lies? In her PERSONALITY & CHARACTER. And that, my friend, you don't know by just looking on the outward appearance. It's because of people like you, that they enter into relationships in a shallow way and wonder why it blew up on them. I think this is my biggest fear about women...that they don't have a deep-seated idea on what's important in their partner and their role to have a great relationship.
Right now, I have a 20 year old wanting to date me. But again, until I see something of essence, it won't happen.
Could be. Allow him the room to feel his way around the idea. We all have different reasons for doing what we do. And many times, it only makes sense to the one doing it.
For me, when I'm in a relationship, I wouldn't run away, but run with it.
RE: during your life has it happened to you?
Nope, won't go there.
