the transistion form union to non-union workforce is what I dread and look forward to seeing here in Michigan.... its ineviditable i think. I kow my dad retired with thirty years from fords and the union put his COLA on the chopping block here hes retired no say in union matters but did thirty years and they want to take the mans COLA cost of living allowance from his retirement income.... its just wrong.
Ive worked both sides of the fence and I always sem to rise quicker in a non union organization. but the union places I was stifled unable to expand or even rise above the [osition I was assigned.
Yeah i have many friends who are loyal to the unions auto workers and carpenters.
I can see carpenters with having say over payscale thats a trade you can only master with time, whereas, those press operators and assembley folk getting 22.00 an hour is just plain bizarre. Think of the other wages paid for other non-skilled general labor work force personnel. don't even ask me what a hi-lo or forklift operator gets paid..
I've heard alot lately about the powers that be trying to convert Michigan to a 'Right to work state'. bqasically eliminating Union work force altogether.
Hows your state doing economically from your perspective?
Ok michigan is losing jobs and blame outsourcing blame exports blame who ,whatever you chose. th equestion is what to do to stop this exodus of jobs factories and corporstions from leaving Michigan. any ideas????
I think the only cure for Michigan is accepting the "Right to Work" attitude,it allows companies to compete with other states for work.
here I was stressing bout time and I have 24 hours before I have to do that.
everything recently has become a blur, doing too many different shifts. the good thing about this is my dreams are more vivid. me with a sugar momma how cool is that?
DDDDamn it really is Monday.............. I forgetting what freaking day it is.. theres a another reason reason I need a good woman. so she can test my facilities with questions like "Do you know what time it is?"
Ok I know the majority of you would neve ever ever do something lke this but its Tuesday morning so heres the question would would you do if you had a 'sugar daddy 'or sugar momma'.
I'd keep working and in less than a year I figure, I would be able to get my Harley for my "golden years" dressed out maybe get one of those trailer hookups for it too.
damn those dreams of mine she was beeuatifull rich and was crazy about me....
i have 8 hours until work which task/mess do i tackle first..... if I go back to bed, i would eliminate thae task of makiing it. If I go ou for breakfast i would eliminate the need to wash the dishes especialluy that pan i need to cook my own breakfast. 7 hours and 26 minutes left until work..... what to do first
less atractive.....wow like to think i've grown to a point where I veiw all women like books. Sometimes the cover does indeed match the content but as most folks that read will attest too that is not the case.
a woman that feels less attractive then the population is more apt tobe more productive/stay busy, also is more apt to be more appreciative, but is also more apt to be inquistive because of attention given her. and that last part could be a bad thing
As for pemtagons plans... Brits have plans, so does france, china, iran, and so many others.. its a logical thing to do the logistcal factors alone require it.
And how lucky is Tom Demeter to be privy to this 'top secret'plan.
come now, all those who speak so much about what really are Americas activities around the globe..those from acorss the ponds have so much more truthful facts/information on whats 'really" happening.... and only four responses amazing

RE: If
depends on how witty i feel as to if I respond...sometimes some offensive remarks or the person posting do not merit a reponse.
