Memories are all we leave, of who we are, what we did believe.

Memories our loved ones hold, maybe, fanciful thoughts that were never told.

Wandering, thinking, seeing the light, knowing what is wrong,
and what is right.

Finding yourself before you go, to leave MEMORIES they can sow.

When I talked to the young, they had no reply, except to say,
We are young, it's you that will die,
I tried to explain life does not work that way, its all fun and games,
until the day, the day that you pay,
And no one does know, from day to day, where life will lead us,
or when we will go,
Youthful thoughtlessness, can never be wrong, it's the same hymn sheet
that was our song,
We knew better, we knew it all, now, most of my friends are long gone!

Where were you when Kennedy died? Where were you when Simpson lied?
Where were you when you realised? Where were you?

And you found yourself within the crowd, woke up to see,
you were me, not left alone or left to be, a part of all, that's
you and me!

It seems to me we are not allowed to be constantly happy,

Just when times look good, everything worked out as it should,
suddenly the world, is clear as mud,

No reason for it that I can see, just how it seems it is meant to be,

Laugh today, cry tomorrow, happiness then sorrow,

A roller coaster of emotion, that's life, life in motion!

When the flowers fail to bloom, when tomorrow comes to soon,
When all that I could be was all that I could see,
When yesterday is a memory, of what could or could not be,
When today became the reality I thought I'd never see.


When thoughts collide who will decide, the way that this should go,
When we don't know, and we can't tell, who did survive,............................................... or who fell,

When all we have to give, is all we have to give, and all we want to do, is just like you, ...............Live!

Be not afraid, for tomorrow will be, this is not the end, not for you, not for me,
And if they close your eyes for you tonight, you have nothing to fear, you will still be here, in a new form, a shining light, an energy so bright, nothing can take away what you are, uniquely you, a shining star.

And still we repeat, still we retreat, until we're backed into a corner, only then will the battle for survival become the host of a new revival, new wisdom to see, what things there could be, but twill only get lost in history. Again!

Oh what is life?, poetry in motion? love? strife?, the beginning of a new life? when a baby cries, someone dies, the beginning and the end, the foe and the friend, and tomorrow will be................the same.........begin again ....same game!

So, imagination IS creation, I imagined you, you imagined me and that is what we see,
Simple at first, but complex over eternity!, constant imagination creates complication,

And now, we find ourselves HERE, in constant fear, of life and new creation, we probably should start anew, new me, new you, NEW what we imagine is true.

The lies of today will fall on the shoulders of the young tomorrow, look back in sorrow, record for posterity, the truth, the reality of how this came to be and what we saw, and what we see, should never again come to be!

Flowers and trees, birds and bees these I know, but.....
snow, on a summers day, this I don't know, what I see,
is an anomaly, mother nature running free?, natural change?
we can't rearrange or self design, have we crossed the line?
