night of the stars!
I don't party much anymore, as age is catching up on me. However, I was invited to a party last week themed "NIGHT OF THE STARS" I must say it was very exciting.I didn't have a male companion, and had to ask a girlfriend to accompany me. It felt so good to dressup again after a long time, and to experience the glitz and glamour. So as you can see for one night I let my hair down and just became a star.
I will however only leave this photo on for a day or so, I just wanted to show off a bit,,,,well to actually say, that I'm not too old to still show a bit of leg.

I'm 74 and I still like to dance! So, I go dancing. And I go alone.
If anyone dances with me I dance. If I get turned down no big deal. The best part is a drink and getting out for an hour or two!!

I'm too scared to go out here now, the crime rate is so high, especially now with the festive season approaching, its safer to stay indoors.

I don't own a long glamour dress...never a reason to wear it, unfortunately.....
a person can stop producing ground-breaking ideas at thirty or can innovate at seventy.
equating "showing a leg" to "being not too old" is as flawed as equating smartness with smoking or drinking.
be mentally and physically fit. however - do not feel ever pressurized to imitate the so-called youth. age gracefully!
