The subject is so sad, to be able to hold such beauty for two people to let it blow away to dust..no matter how you look at it, its takes 2 to distroy something worth while, yes there are people who are just so bitter you can't go past it and that's sad, someone did that to them and it rules their lives..

My Dad left us when I was 13 too, not exactly from war but from a terminal illness. He was a wonderful man, father, and husband. Today on Father's Day his memories are cherished. Beautifully written piece ladyjewel, thanks for sharing. Wishing all the men that have parent-children one way or the other a blessed and joyful Father's Day!! SM

And yet for some strange reason you sometimes wish your deepest dreams could last forever, that is the place where you are safest to be yourself without holding part of you back.
And that's the beauty of a dream, you have the power to forget the dream and move on or chase the dream and make it a reality in your own time, it's all about what's ahead of us and choosing our paths, a dream doesn't expire it's a part of you forever.
