Sole/Soul Journey

This journey through my own soul
Come lika black hole
When I think I reach an end it only bends
Again n again
Through perceptional intent or non intentional
Con n unconventional
Whiling n spiralling
Still I’m confiding in
This being that is me
My purpose n responsibility
Simply
Be the best me I can be
Let ma vibration ripple out reflectively
Respectively
Affect n infect all of me
Fuel injecting
Curb n correcting
Pe pe per perfecting the essence of this present
By remaining present
Accepting this gift
Naturally
Spiritually uplift
Every crevice & rift
Shine on boy
This world’s your toy
Bring the happiness n endorse the joy
And though negative people annoy
Smile anyway
It’s their game too let them play
And bend yor perception a different way
I say I say
Have a nice day

Laugh

Laugh
Laughing that freakin azz off
Laughing it like art of Rembrandt n Van Gough
Laugh even harder when they telling you to stop
Ya may not get it now but oh my gosh when the penny drops
Them 1nes
Try hold it in maybe cover ya mout
Face twitching n itching to let it out
Eye filling with water, trying not to scream or shout
Maybe the environment is giving ya some doubt
Then all of a sudden you forget who is about
The joke too sweet
Forced to skin teet n finally let it out
Feel this energy
Churning in ya belly
Lika burning in ya belly
Signals to the brain saying this shizz is funny
So then laugh a little more
And though your humour might be twist
And though many are butt hurt n pissed
Feeling positively dissed
Laugh at that shizz too
Laugh at the news
Laugh at the blues
Laugh because it’s a choice that you choose
Laugh at what they say n what they do
Forget the what when or why
The more you laugh the more you’ll realise
Everything is funny
Me I be like Bugs Bunny
What’s up Doc?
To me it’s very evident
Lika present
Laughter a gift n indeed the bestest medicine
Literally
Creating chemicals that stream through the system
They fight to deactivate negativities influence
Very important to laugh at yourself
Though always laugh at everybody else
The laughter renews the health
Some call it blasé
Some will never understand it when I say
Joy really is the most powerful key
Even more powerful than Love n I’ll prove it you’ll see
Without joy there can be no Love
Without smiles n laughter there can be no joy
Now I hope you’re getting my point
Wait a minute let me light this joint
Puff Puff Pass
Get some sensimelia in your azz
Haahaaahaaaa
Laugh man
Laugh woman
Why?
Because life is really a joke
We’ve been tricked into believing do n don’t
Politically incorrect
And every word n action is disrespect
Lighten up
Take a pew
If you can’t then I will laugh at you
Your blue shoes
Your hair do
Your tiny or your giant boobs
If you’re a guy ya may have moobs
My best friend name is YouTube
While they stay serious n focused on problems
I’m in the lab getting ma joy on to solve them
Cos happiness manifests the very best of the blessed
Burning away dark clouds n disintegrating stress
Looking in the mirror when ya feel like a hot mess
And remember life’s for living n everything is just a test
Laugh yes
Laugh hard til that vibration in ya chest
Sings nothing but blessed
I’ve proved it before
Laughter is the key & cure
To open up your mind n hearts spiritual door
A greater tighter connection to your
Higher self
Increase of health
And don’t start about the wealth
What is money really? Just paper
When you’re in your highest joy you become a money maker
Everything manifests naturally
Effortlessly
Spiritually
Because you are at the best you can be
I said it already
Smile leads to laughter
Laughter leads to joy
Joy leads to Love
Such a powerful tool of which we know so little of
Be my guest I’ll be your clown for the day
Laugh at my skinny a** you don’t even have to pay
Lika game come let’s play
This power of joy can n will brighten any day
Let the laughter continue

this dress

In the middle of a meadow
Where grass & flowers freely grow
Where I catch my glow
Adorned in this long flowing dress that flows
Dances with the breeze
Collecting energies with these friends of me
Birds & bees
Collectively coming together like a congress
In tuned to this tune n the flow of this dress
As it circulates
Manipulates
Agitates like marinates
This energy
You see
See how it flows so free
Without effort or care
The only care is to share
This care
The fare
The price
To have this nice life
Before you speak always think twice
Try to be nice
When the dice
Rolls
And the cards unfold
Your truth is told n so I own it
Loving every breath of it
The blessed and the shit
Gimme gimme gimme
Live n direct I write my story
Hallelujah
To you from me
This dress
Collecting colours as she flows
Showering rainbows as she goes
Mmmmmmmmmm

Stranglehold

flailing wire
bars ripped from the ether
sinew wrapped
around the neck
fingered fury
bringing forth a
sonorous salute
suckin' in the air
here I come again now baby
like a dog on heat

"ipso facto"

so many thoughts that need be denied, stemmed regrets, accountability loss of pride. . . . why's it all tucked away, was it a time, a place an experience I faced, hardened heart, razor sharp tongue, faced hand out at arms length, bringing one's inner thoughts to protect with scorned strength. . . .

Wild flowers

What a beautiful spring day,
I just had to go out and play I stumbled upon a field of wild flowers.
Flowers bring much delight to me.No two flowers are alike
So many scents coming my way, they tickle and make my nose twitch all day
What a beautiful day I could stand in this field forever and a day
Their colors so brite I wonder if you can see them at night ?
The different shades of pink, purple and blue make me feel new
By the end of the day I wound up with a beautiful bouquet !
Those beautiful flowers made my day!

A Smile

It can come very easy to smile when all is well
But harder to do and more thoughtful, when one has a sad tale they could tell.

To share yours with another, no matter, what is what.
Can brighten up their day and to them mean such a lot
To the stranger that passes who may be bereft, live alone.
To the one who may be feeling lonely, forgotten or burdened but doesn’t want to speak, to share or to moan.

A little smile that says hello
Can warm anothers heart, speak volumes in the silence
Say I care, and mean more to them than you may ever know.

What better time can there be but now to show we care..and a little smile can be how

I have what it takes....

A Man should treat his Lady with, honor. respect, dignity, grace, loyalty, passion, and tenderness. Bring her flowers, candy, cards, and presents. Do everything possible for her to have her me time. Do more for her than he does for himself. Show and tell her how much he loves, adores, and admirers her. Make her laugh, smile, and giggle. Do the unexpected. Tell her how beautiful she is. Be spontaneous at the right time. It's about her needs, desires, wants, and dreams Take his time and make sure she is pleasured first. Weather he gets his or not. Leave the past in the past. Or place blame on anyone if it was his responsibility to do as such. Do whatever, anything, and everything it takes protect her and keep her safe. Don't let anything or anyone stand in his way of his want and devotion for her. Trust her. And above all, treat her as the Goddess she is.
A man should not ever, harm, ridicule, hit, argue, disrespect her, (or the kids), lie, steal, cheat, hide facts, abuse mentally, emotionally, or physically in any way. Call her a liar. Call her rude, vulgar, hateful, hurtful, disgusting, and demeaning names. And above all not ever yell at her or raise his voice in a threatening manner. If she started yelling at him first, it means he gave her a reason to. Which is worse.

About this poem:
Not so much a poem. It is my beliefs. To have the moral integrity and aptitude, that ALL MEN should have. Yet, I, and maybe 3 others that I know, who still don't have all the ingredients that I have. I am a very complex and intellectual thinker. And very private. I feel it is my duty as A Real Man, to share what I wrote above.

Not quite a poem..

I am sorry this is not a poem,
though, I could make it one, I suppose..
The thing is, since I lost my husband,
I've not really, felt able to compose.
What I would like to ask, if someone should happen to know,
Is how to go about getting a book of my poetry published here..
To leave for my kids, and grandkids, when my Good Lord calls me home?~
