The Quotes Garden - Part II – Poems in a verse - [ I ] - Monarchy

The Quotes Garden
*** Part II – Poetic lines in a verse ***
*** Monarchy ***

"
***
Noble butterfly, flutter wings know to rule –
***
When tyrants rule upon themselves, the kingdoms being written;
***
Over the wrath of plebs, o, bards, beset a ruler!
***
Oh, poor beggar, how many kings, your throne defy!..
***
Hail to what surrounds in royal echoes such naked highness!
***
Old gods, stay hidden, new emperors rise to fall!.. –
***
When ruling themselves, all of sudden, kings became beggars.
***
Twisting cane, shrinking throne, bloody robe rise out a monarch.
***
Where infant’s blood, sealing peace – utters a shattered kingdom.
***

The Quotes Garden - XXIX – To speak of love

"The Quotes Garden"

[ XXIX ]

To speak of love

“There must be love! There must be love!
It seems I hear my soul, with distant echoes;
Each blade of grass, here, in these meadows,
Is like a story foretold of all of the above –
To speak of love; - so easy, comes for them!
When trembling in the wind, for my behove,
A symphony reveals the emptiness I chose
For such a bliss, to fill a dying stem;

There must be love! There must be love!
And then, my heart awaiting their refrain,
- So eager, longing for a soothe where to depose
A frozen rose, - in sealing my true love;
For it, I have no words, nor speak in vain,
As silence sweetly carries off the painful dew,
In which above my dying muse to whisper:
I love you!..”

The Quotes Garden - XXVIII – The fleeting world

"The Quotes Garden"

[ XXVIII ]

The fleeting world

“The madness conquered the cities,
As trumpets, wide, beckon their fame –
Where’s earthly rules, in their committees,
Oh, such abundance there, of lust and shame!..

If one should even miss the mighty voices
Which turn in happy crowds a godly claim!
But where the slaves just dream of having choices,
There is no place to hide a dying flame!..

For such high purpose, there’s no blame;
In wicked hearts the world rejoices! –
Not as a truth, by lie, just seems the same,
Like for what thrives beyond their ditties;

When kingdoms rise and fall, the sky is whirled
By love, or peace, from beggars searching tame,
But death holds claim over this fleeting world;
Isn’t that just a reason more, to watch their duties?!”

The Quotes Garden - XXVII – Drifting away

"The Quotes Garden"

[ XXVII ]

Drifting away

“While I am drifting away,
My universe turns empty,
With no remembrance of you,
Letting me perish –

For the one that loved me too,
Stars, to fall apart, there are plenty;
Each fragment of shattered heart pray
For the same muse I cherish –

And there is nobody left to mourn her,
Except this cruel shadow, to stay
Near a dead body who tempt me
To be like a priest in a parish;”

The Quotes Garden - XXVI – To my beloved

"The Quotes Garden"

[ XXVI ]

To my beloved

“For what is time?
A sword
With cruel, sharpen edges;
I’m here, a frozen moment,
Who’s soothing its beloved;
For her, I often come and sing
Until she hears my broken chord
And shatters all her wedges;

But tears?!
I have no more,
To bind and tie them in this loment;
They dried long ago, just to record
My neverending sorrow as bestowment –
And all, - but all of them, a tune, to sing
The silent death of my beloved;
Enough with all the pledges!

- For what is heart,
Without a sigh
To rise her incense in a lisper?!
What cures the very troubled mind,
When such a fate, it breaks apart,
To fill the world within a whisper,
And there is nowhere else, to find
The bitter grave of its beloved?..”

The Quotes Garden - XXIV – Silence

"The Quotes Garden"

[ XXIV ]

Silence

“Silence.
Frozen drops
In a sleep,
Pearly chain, - relief,
From a snuggle;
So soothing, to me…

Silence.
I may flee
Wherever it
Takes me –
Eager to see
There, over the shore,
Nearby,
A grain of sand, –
To just lay my head
Into this cradle;
Yet, there is no sound;
No rhythm.
Just a white, deep
Reap
Of these crops –

Silence.
O, set me free
Wherever it
Pleases Thee,
Sinking deeper
Into the sea –
For that is the core
Where there is more!

Nearby,
A grain of sand; –
Under this beam,
How did I land?!

Silence.
It cures me.
There is no grief.
No pain. No struggle.
But only a deep,
Never ending dream
In which all stops.”

The Quotes Garden - XXIII – Cipher

"The Quotes Garden"

[ XXIII ]

Cipher

“A, B, C –
Take this key
On a spree,
Little bee!...

Let her be!
Set it free!
Like the sea
Sings to me –

On my knee,
Loving Thee,
Counting three,
I am free; -

Turn to me,
Bumble bee!
Drink some tea,
From this tree!.. –

Leaves, with glee,
Crave for me; -
Pity me!
Raging sea –

Pray, to see
What such plea
Bring in thee: –
Love, to me!

Wee, wee, wee!..
Just be free,
Bumble bee!”

The Quotes Garden - XXII – To whom

"The Quotes Garden"

[ XXII ]

To whom

“To whom
I owe such feelings
Bursting on our ceilings?
Shimmering, vanishing away...

These golden peelings,
Drying out the candles,
- When two shadows pray –
Weeping angels, in a room;

To whom
I give these gentle beats
Which pass beyond the railings?
There is a book with handles.

A red moon holds my heart.
Wide eyes, shattering a world;
Broken chord, for a soothe
- To where your fingers sway –

To whom
I owe a song, beloved?!
The flower of my youth,
In silence, withered away…”

The Quotes Garden - XXI – Breathe

"The Quotes Garden"

[ XXI ]

Breathe

“Breathe in, -
As in a moment you go deeper;
Deeper; alike a whisper,
To let you in, as my keeper.

Breath out.
And here you are; with me,
- In the eye of a twister –
Whole; - quiet as me;

Breath in.
Just let me be –
The pulse gathering you,
The life in a squeeze –

Breath out.
Now let me freeze
- Within your gentle breeze;
A heart is humming for you.

Breath in.
Let me wait for the cue; -
Tick, tack, - tick, tack, - tick, tack.
- That’s how much I love you!.. -

Breath out.
Follow this maze, to come back,
- Spinning deep, in my heart,
A keynote piercing the crack;

Breath in.
Follow the dot on the chart,
Finding my soul –
A soothe; a cradle; an oasis;

Breath out.
We are a whole; –
Everything what is art
It’s on a regular basis.”
