Watch the curtain twitch
think of the person behind
some would say a busybody
poking, prying in others life's
Stop and think, maybe not
this could be a lonely soul
someone left behind, now lonely
who's children seldom come
The window now their only way
to feel involved in life
watch others having fun
share just a little of their time
how sad to be reduced to this
not able to get out and about
their only glimpse of life
through that lonely window pane

About this poem:
loneliness is a terrible thing age doesn't matter there are many reasons for loneliness, a one parent, lost teenager,a disabled person, a recluse or an elderly person. I recently started a group and the response since the newspaper article last week has been tremenous. So as you rush about your own busy life take just a moment to stop and think is there anyone near by who would like, a phone call, a visit, taking to the shops or a prescription collecting? any help you give in this way helps so much

swishing sounds as leafs fall to the ground,
splashing like ducks tacking a bath in a pond,
roaring of a tiger like ten harleys on fire,
home sweet home from the chaotic city moments,
snakes and horses its not a fight but a face off,
children and parents deffiently a face off ,
i bought you into my world i can take it from you,
yeh but im still young whilst your hair is like snow,
clean up house put that device away and go make some friends this lovely day,
stuff you stuff them money dear parent grows on tree so f u and f them,
pack thy bags and ur off to mothers she played her game and u fell for it,
relaxed despise your comments life for me is back on track down a new road with a white winding line,
here i stand stronger than i have ever been so try it,
i say try it punk beat me down try to wipe me out i stand alone wolf,
and to your dissapointment i will become stronger as my foundation
has been laid,
the ground beneath my feet remains my foundation and no matter how
bad things go i know i can lay my head to sleep upon the ground,
a bed im gareenteed for life and thats were i stand,
so know i say beat me down and watch me fight back ,
bruised and battered i still stand whilst you my friend,
weak at your knees and tired all out from bad mouthing me have,
have lost and their for i stand above you ,
beaten down and now above good luck .

Who is he
He has my couriousity
This man who writes beautiful poetry
He's new to me
Blinding me with poetry
Leaving me feeling like I'm on a slide
Not sure if I should run or hide
Just stay and enjoy the ride
Its given me a natural high
Could he be real
Or just another heel
Is it my heart he wants to steal
Is he looking for a free meal
I'm not even sure he's for real
I wonder what's his deal

This is you,
I'm not you,
You are you !
All of you !
Dam straight that is for sure,
Your style is so unique and true,
A touch of dazzaling flair..,
A brilliant stroke here,
A creative brush there!
A play of words,
A spin of actions,
A toss of prose,
Ricochet different reactions!
This is You,
Not us or them,
Not he,she or me,
It is all you,
The one and only YOU!

Here's to friends, both near and far,
Who brighten up our days,
With help and kindness bringing cheer,
In oh, so many ways.
Without these ones we hold so dear,
Life wouldn't be worth living.
With gentle grace they lift us with,
The sharing and the giving.
Where others seek to tear apart,
Life's fragile, frail existence.
Our friends repair the angry wounds,
With steady calm insistence.
It takes a special person to,
Stand by through thick and thin.
When things go badly they console,
And cheer us when we win.
So here's to you, my trusty friend,
And you know who you are.
In deepest, dark of blackest night,
You are a shining star!

I am new I read a few
before I posted my view
compared too you
I was scared so many of you
So good writes
enjoyed them all I read
so many views love and hate
respect and disgrace
I was curious on how mine would do
I posted one or two then I knew
your thoughtful thoughts
the comments you made.
I embraced all of you.
Thank You.

Roses are not always Red,
Baa Baa sheeps are not always Black,
The stars above are not always white,
How can you aspect friends,
to be always correct?
An eye for an eye,
A lie for a lie,
Evil begets evil,
Then why does my love have,
no mirrorlike reflection?
Kill your enemy,
Love your family,
Keep your company,
But Dont lose your Humanity!!!
Where there is a will,
There is a way,
Where there is love,
Why is there doubt and hate?!

A Letter From A Friend
In you my sacred word I did endow,
in a single word, I made a vow!
My word is true, as the long day’s sun,
my truth you could always rely upon!
Though time has gone since we last spoke,
your words my memory they do invoke!
As in your letter I reach the last page
it prompts my eyes with tears to engage!
For my promise to you I cannot fulfil
you see my friend, I am much too ill!

Soon we shall bid farewell
to the last day of 2012.
Some will spend time together
while others reflect themselves...
My love she has left
to live a life all her own,
I have yet to hear from her
by mail or the telephone...
Deep inside I know
for good she is gone,
her face like an ember
forever burns in the dawn...
One year spent with her
words cannot express measure,
love I'll always remember
within the ruins of our pleasure...
Now it seems all good things
finally come to an end,
perhaps in this coming new year
love will pass this way again...
Soon it shall be
the last day of 2012,
maybe it will be the day
we look deep within ourselves...
