Or before a big event but I nervous because I havent get anything done well before the event come. Then i will lost sleep few day, tired and depressed as hell. That feeling I really never want to experience again.
Or walking on eggshell to save my last marriage in hopeless. Once you’ve reached your stress breaking point, there’s no easy way to snap out of it. Prevention is key.
