The Left continues to eat its own
Glenn Greenwald has tendered his resignation from The Intercept (a publication he co-founded) because the pathetic editors in charge refused to publish an article of his that involved criticism of Joe Biden. This is the state of the corporatist, totalitarian-minded Left at present. No room for open debate or criticism of the annointed ones. It's really pathetic. But it's dangerous too. A huge part of the media landscape is now operating in this manner. It's not what you should expect from the land of the free. Greenwald by the way, is a leftie, and not too long ago would have been seen as quite typical of someone in left-wing journalism/activism circles. I can't say I'd agree with him on everything, but he comes across as a wholly decent dude who has principles that he stands upon...The despotic, corporatist, corrupt Left has no place for him though. Or anyone who stands for freedom of expression really.
