I got too close to somebody with it. I don't know how else to answer that.
2. Have you gotten a vaccination shot?
According to my Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card, 01-19-21 I had Pfizer EL3248 dose #1
According to my Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card, 02-09-21 I had Pfizer EL9265 dose #2
3. Have I been out mixing with people?
My only time away from home is to grocery shop, take out the trash and check my mail box. 10 days prior to my hospitalization I was grocery shopping once, having lunch at restaurant once, and that is all. Since I am missing my right leg, I am not away from home without a driver to transport me. I have 4 or 5 regular drivers and to date none of them have come down with Covid.
You don't eat Chinese restaurants. Interesting, most Chinese restaurants east of California are of the American variety, you know the buffet style? Not much Chinese there except maybe the Americanized Chinese looking waitress or cook that entertains you with their garments and fortune cookies.
