"The Prayer" Beinsa Douno"Many people ask if it is possible to live without praying. It is not. The prayer is an internal human necessity.
If the prayer becomes an internal necessity for you, you will pray naturally, without any force, without an external force. For you the prayer is as natural as feeding, breathing, feeling and thinking are.
Why should we pray? Paul the Apostle said once, “Be consistent in praying”, and Jesus said, “Be alert and pray”. The prayer is of threefold nature. It is equal to breathing. One should pray so that the soul to breathe and perceive things. The prayer is needful for the soul. It is the contemplation of the highest feelings. Through the prayer we see that a child is praying. It is an appeal and is as needful for the soul as breathing is. Humans need air much more than food. It is proven that a human may stay without air for 25 minutes at most and if we equalize the air with the prayer, which is food for the soul, we see that it is of great significance to it.
If people of today did not know how to pray, they would have lost even the little that they have preserved today. Everything good, everything great and beautiful, which is persevered by them, is thanks to the praying spirit that works in their souls. So, thanks to the prayer, though not so correct as it is in modern humanity, still something beautiful has remained and something new is being acquired. Thanks to the prayer, we become conduits of the sublime powers and noble means, on which the entire human race rests. The soul needs an internal spiritual food that can be provided only through a prayer. If one stops praying, life disappears. The prayer is a great thing. It is not expressed by chattering, by whispering of words. When you learn to pray, your life will become worth living.
The reason for our misfortunes is that we do not pray. Our contact with God brings inexhaustible riches. The Divine blessing and strengthening of the spirit come through it.
I would like you to pray constantly for you to be in contact with God. Only in this way, that influence from above will come to you. Then you will feel that Divine ennoblement and strengthening. Only when one prays, his body strengthens, as well as his feelings and his thoughts. One, who prays, cannot have a cruel heart. He can be delicate by structure, but his body is healthy, his thoughts are stable and his feelings - strong. It is not possible us to be in communion with God and be feeble.
If one’s prayer is pure, deep, it is always accepted. God does not make difference between souls. Jesus said to his disciples, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Knowing that the Spirit of Jesus lives forever and has power and authority, do not be discouraged! You can always call upon Him and receive His help. Everyone has the power of Jesus in him. One just has to work on himself to develop that power. Once people develop that power in themselves, they will know what God is, what the Divine principle in humans is.
There is nothing, about which man has asked God and which hasn’t been fulfilled. And it happens just when it is needed.
One has to be bearer of Divine thoughts, must be convinced that every thought that he sends in the world is Divine and he must not think about the consequences. One must study the Word and practice praying and contemplation simultaneously. This is the path and one should not worry. Open your heart and soul. The light will penetrate there and the comprehension will come."
When people don't pray and awake Divine will, they shouldn't blame God for worldly events, wars, massacres , etc.nothing to do with God , also not a proof that God doesn't exist

You know, the wee kiddie next door who die a horrible agonising death to brain cancer? That wee kiddo in Africa who's starving to death? Wonder why on earth we don't teach them to pray.
Kidding aside, and mind you, I do pray at times, but don't you struggle with such scenarios? I kinda do.
There is no greater thing in Life than prayer.
No knowledge, no love, no wisdom in the world can be compared to prayer, to a person's communion with the Primary Principle.
There is no greater moment than that when one raises one's eyes towards God.
To pray means to direct one's mind, heart, soul and spirit towards the Great Source of Life from which we have emerged.
Prayer is a conversation of the soul with God, in which people confess their mistakes, rectify themselves and give thanks for all good things which they receive every day.
To pray means to send your report about the work you have done to That Center from which you have emerged. In reply you will receive peace and enlightenment.
True prayer means the awakening of the Divine within the human being.
It concentrates human thinking, human feeling and human will in a single whole.
Such prayer is mighty; it can accomplish miracles.
If you persevere in prayer, you will always be joyful and happy; you will feel the Presence of God and will see that the Lord is true.
Prayers made with love are always received.
You will know that your prayer is received by that quiet joy, by that inner light, which will help you in resolving various tasks.
If you do not succeed in your prayer, you may seek the help of one, two or three persons, depending on the need.
Whoever prays from the bottom of their heart will invariably receive an answer!
Without prayer a person cannot make progress and learn.
Everything, which is done without prayer is difficult for the human spirit.
Knowledge or love or food without prayer is tedious to people.
Just as breathing is necessary for the body, so is prayer necessary for the soul.
Prayer is the most sacred action – the sole prerogative of the soul.
Prayer is not subject to any rule or limitation. If you pray correctly, you are always turned to God; no other image should exist in your mind.
Prayer is a conscious process of the human soul; it is the inner spiritual food of the soul; so it has a magical power.
When a person prays, they activate all their virtues simultaneously: Love, Wisdom, Truth, Justice, Compassion, Goodness and many other virtues.
Prayer is a Divine impulse. When it comes to you, you should not delay, but enter the secret chamber of your heart and start praying.
Prayer is an initiation to Divine life; prayer brings bliss.
Prayer is a method for resolving the three most difficult human tasks:
- to know yourself,
- to know your neighbor, and
to know God.
All our works will be successful, if we begin with prayer.
We can pray at any time and in every circumstance because prayer relates to all spheres and moments of life.
Prayer has the power to heal any infirmities and illnesses, to purify one's mind and heart.
Pray to be liberated from all impurities, which tarnish you!
Prayer is even stronger when people undergo the greatest suffering and hardship.
In all circumstances prayer has the power to help!
In all conditions of life, in joy and sorrow, we should think of God.
We always need to pray!
Each one of you is preparing to become a citizen of the Kingdom of God, for which you should have the correct attitude towards God, towards your own soul and towards your neighbors. But you cannot establish these correct attitudes until you have a main idea within yourself.
You should concentrate all your forces on one aim – to develop the Divine in yourself and to give it precedence over the human.
Appraise the Divine within yourselves – your mind, your heart, your soul and your spirit.
Learn to love your soul and you will be of help to yourselves.
The more you believe in your own internal forces and possibilities, the more rapidly you will develop.
The law is: maintain contact with the Heart of Nature, with the Mind of the Sun and with the Soul of the Universe: there is one Heart in Nature, one Mind in the Sun, one Soul in the Universe, one Spirit in Eternity. "

I often find myself when hearing of children dying of starvation, saying; Thank you Lord
I know they will live forever in a place we mortals can not even come close to imagine
Yes, I understand the pain parents must go through when a child dies.
The pain a child often goes through when being sick............or dying of hunger.
They died before they were old enough to become unbelievers.............
Heaven will be the home of many many children..................
It is all true, pray without ceasing. sometimes it's hard, we have so many things going on in our lives, but it helps us if we can ask for guidance and be thankful at all times.
The pain that people feel when they die especially children, God eases the pain quickly.
Pain has a purpose, it's telling us something is going on in our bodies.
If you ever get the chance to talk to Hospice workers, they will tell you of the peace that comes over the dying person. The families cry because they will miss the person being here. But here is only temporary, it's like a journey, there's a beginning and an end. It's different for every person.

From the materialistic perspective, children of darkness can live long and successful life on this planet , the only problem when the body dies , that is it..they don't possess inner energy to continue living in a different form.
Prayer is for the children of light so that they can remember and connect to their original home which is in Spirit , God and Love.
It is for those who posses inner spark ..and if you don't recognize yourself as one who needs to pray , it is just how you are ...maybe you belong to children in light who are still in deep sleep or you are one of the children of darkness, you should find it by yourself.
