Well it is pretty obvious the primary complainant wants relief from the probably unlawful retaliation he says he has been experiencing. He testified under oath and, if false hoods can be proven, he risks perjury charges. Admittedly since what we saw from him is hearsay about a deniable issue (which the Pentagon Aero did the next day) proving anything with just this hearing is not probable. But the coming closed door session in which he anticipates being able to answer in detail the questions he could not publicly answer will no doubt be interesting. But we will not be invited to that. Sigh.

The other issue about airlines discouraging pilots from making reports or even giving warnings about UAP flight hazards in the US airspace the FAA and Congress very probably will address fairly soon.

Certainly it is possible for another nation to have wrecked space craft on their soil. Indeed for some years there have been rumors the only real reason the US went into Afghanistan and Iraq was not what was released, but instead to recover wrecked UAP craft (including at least one thousands of years old) via 'black' operations masked by the military actions created as a cover explanation for why the US teams were in that country. The ability of a foreign country to reverse engineer technologies the US is having problems reverse engineering will of course depend on the technology and resources available at the place the research is being done. A village doctor and a local contractor working off a portable generator in a grass hut may have less success than a team of physicists and engineers working on the same item, but at Sandia National Labs. The is obvious. Also there is the question of resource allocation. A project costing tens of millions of dollars may be more than a small nation can afford or be willing to spend on something so religiously controversial. Several religions preach there is nothing else out there and any suggestion there is is blasphemy and hearsay. In some places being accused of that carries a death sentence. Not a good thing for a ruler in one of those places to authorize spending money researching. I can think of maybe 4 countries with the resources to do so with a chance of success. China, India, Brazil and 10 years ago, Russia (not currently as their financial reserves grow weaker each day they waste resources on their SMO). Of course re-engineering and producing is different than simply using what you found, so the condition of what is recovered is critical. An obvious ray-gun blaster in like new condition recovered from a dead alien holster could probably be used at once. One crushed when the ship crashed in rusty or corroded with a dissipated charge of unknown energy taken from a rotting skeleton is probably needing some reverse engineering, if the finders even recognize what it originally was. Back in the 1970s there were briefly news stories about Soviet Militia having a brief fire fight with UFO occupants in the woods outside Moscow. The Kremlin denied it and most of the source people who originally reported it to the news, went away as in <poof> who? never heard of them.. That was the Soviet way. If the tale was true, maybe the Soviets had some interesting souvenirs of the encounter. Would research have continued after 1991? Probably not. Like the many small SNAP generators littering the former USSR (thousands of them and all potentially lethal if disturbed) and other items being guarded by so police whose pay stopped long ago scrapped and sold for usable parts or abandoned. Note he said the US now has several such craft.

Historically, even in the Western countries, during the time frame the Catholic Church was all, that was the exact reaction of some town officials and local clergy whenever someone digging in a forest or a mine found something that didn't fit in with what they had been taught was their reality. We still see some of that today in some scientific groups in which religious belief taints the perceptions. It is easier for some scientists to ignore things that challenge their core beliefs. I won't bore the world with a long list of things challenging what we were taught about pre-Jesus/pre Roman history, but I will say there was a lot of other stuff going on in the 200,000 years of human kind before them and a growing body of evidence to prove it. Yes a mile or more of heavy ice slowly moving obliterated a lot, but not everything.

Archaeologists (mostly church funded) like to dig down 20 feet and claim they now know history. It is BS. Every year the gravity well of the Earth adds 1/8 inch of space dust. It is a globe (more or less) so that is 1/16 inch everywhere. If you want to see what was happening with out ancestors on the flat lands only 100,000 years ago you would have to dig down s 16th of an inch for each one of those years. . With just solar dust accretion that would equate to a depth of (1 inch = 16 years. 12 inches (one foot) = 552 years) over 181 feet. That is not including plant and other bio mass that may be added to the depth. And at that depth you have only uncovered half of humanities history before the Great Ice Age began (about 35,000 years ago).

Who digs that deep? Miners. And when they find stuff someone from a church takes it away and destroys it.
The US no longer has miners anymore, those guys with picks and shovels. That is primitive. Today we use digging machines that grind whatever is in front of them to gravel and dump it into a conveyor behind them. Even so every once in awhile we see strange bits of smashed and torn metal emerge from the conveyor. That is okay. So torn it threatens no religious belief. Automatically destroyed before it can rock our reality.

Other countries still dig mines by hand. Sometimes the workers find stuff. Sometimes they just back off and dynamite the passage closed. Strange machines with lights and long dead desiccated corpses of nothing ever seen before. They blew the entrance-way up and sealed that mine and went and dug somewhere less troubling.

Why are you limiting things to 20 years? Does not Da Vinci's Madonna painting contain in the right side of the paintings someone pointing at a UFO? This stuff been here for centuries. Goblins, snake people, elves, skin walkers, demons, gnomes. angels, sky people, etc. There were several reports of incidents involving UFOs and the USSR before 1991. How many were real, how many were someone sniffing glue while drunk is today unknown. China was a total black hole during the entirety of Mao Tse Tung's rule. Before his rise to power there were as many reports of strange lights in the sky and demons coming out of strange buildings as in any other country without an air defense grid. Yes, absolutely if China has a wrecked space craft of their own, of course they would try to learn it's secrets before we can learn the secret's of the ones we have. Imagine the fun he would have if N. Korea's Kim Il Sung got one and learned it's secrets. LoL

LoL, they are closed societies beset by corruption and paranoia every where at every level. It is only in the past 20 years they allowed their people any Internet acess and once learning the truth leaks in they have been scrambling ever since to cut their own people off from the world outside. Consequently you shouldn't expect any news or pravda about anything related to them from within those countries. But as Matthew wroted, when one knows the truth, it sets you free.

But as you write there have been no public revelations from China or Russia regarding UFOs or UAPs. I wouldn't expect any. If they knew something their paranoia would preclude talking about it and most of those within their establishments who know anything would suddenly leap through a high window or be killed in a ;terrorist' attack Secrecy is all and 1 can keep a secret better than 3. That is how those land's rulers think Whatever is learned will be for the ruler's personal eyes only, then locked in a vault where no one will benefit. Then the ruler will carry those imagined secrets to their grave. Only Brazil and the US discuss such topics openly.

There are of course dangers for those who actually know things. TRegardless of from interviews with actual non-humans or from reading a little too much classified research and 'checking some things out.; There are many players, non-human in the game with opposing goals. Dead aliens? If the aliens are technologically superior to us, wouldn't they start with robots, as we are on Mars? I have never heard of a recovered Earth rover.

There have indeed been claims and speculations way back in the 1960s that some craft occupants were not only not human, but also artificial beings. Such beings would of course probably be capable of withstanding the incredible high G forces some of the observed maneuvers of different craft at different times which would have been high enough to cause damage to a human occupant. US experiments with rocket sleds back in the 1950s taught us that when G forces are high enough our internal organs detach themselves from their moorings. At about 12 Gs our retinas can detach from our eyes, at higher Gs our hearts and livers can rip free of their arteries and veins, etc. .Robots and circuit boards can be designed to ignore such events.

Certainly if it is a first probe of Earth the use of an artificial crew (i.,e, robots or droids of some kind) makes sense. But if the goal is colonization or the colony is already established then some of the occupants may be biological occupants. Which may explain why not every UAP report involves improbable accelerations and sudden changes in direction. Using the movie guidelines of Close Encounters we do differentiate between accounts of 1st, 2nd and 3rd encounter types. There have been a few 2nd and 3rd encounter types that those experiencing them claim to have seen different kinds of craft occupants during their experiences. Maybe the crafts contain a mix of both biologic and not-biological occupants. That would be possible, but of course until a few craft are captured, who knows?

G forces are internal not external. A product of inertia, mass, and momentum. A force field (if one exists, would protect against external things not those inside.

The autopsy with the Star Trek actor was fake of course. If you have ever taken a large animal or person apart by hand you would notice the falseness of that video immediately. Real critters have several webs of connective tissues to hold each organ in it's proper position inside the torso. Even aliens would because life would be difficult if the organs just flop around inside the body changing position and orientation with each step. But the fakes in the fake autopsy footage didn't. The fake aliens in Battle for LA were much better done that way.

At the Congressional hearing it was testified the US is in possession of biological specimens. It was not clarified as whether that meant living or dead.
