I read post after post (and I've done it myself) asking asking why do men/women do that or say that?Well, I think it is human nature to keep people waiting...the problem with that is they miss out on what could be. When they don't give the person they are with a chance then they pass up the opportunity to make a friend..but, then there are those out there that have all the friends they want or don't want any. So, they can be shallow or not live up to their words. (I answer all, it's not the outside that counts, ect)
The problem with the phrase, "it's not the outside that counts", is if the person you are meeting doesn't please your eyes, doesn't smell good, then the person they are with will not call again...
So, when I read a profile, I keep in mind that if I don't pass the eye test I won't get anywhere else with anyone. I know what I look like in the mirror and I know what others say about me. I have a great personality but, if they don't get past my picture then there won't be anything else...
