WHEN IT'S TIME TO LET GO...

Many times in our lives we are faced with the decision of whether we should continue with what we are doing, or to cut our losses and step away from a particular person, place, or situation... or a combination of all three. This decision may seem rife with all kinds of extenuating circumstances. But the bottom line is, it is either going to get better or it is not.People are either listening to what you are saying about your concerns, or they are not. In other words, they either give a damn about you, or they don't. And, believe it or not, if they really cared about you, we would not be having this conversation.

So... take a piece of paper and put your concerns in writing. Look at them for a day or two. This gives them form and substance, and when you see them in black and white they will either stand up and shout at you to get the Hell out of there, or they will look pretty insignificant at best. But remember, if you felt it was worth the time to write them down, these concerns are under your skin, like a bad rash... and you and I both know, rashes have got to go...away.

So what you will need now is a plan of action... and I will work on that with you tomorrow.

That is true for every aspect of our lives school, work, home life/relationships. It takes cooperation and equality from both male and female.
rowdy,

Words of wisdom... definitely. I have been in that kind of situation more than I would like to have been and unfortunately I think that it takes most of us more than one experience to realize that some things are better left alone and sometimes you just have to cut your loses , pick up the pieces of your broken heart and know that there is nothing more that you can do but at the same time learn from your misfortune, forgive yourself and move on.
Been there, done that...and they had to go!!!
