I've just came back from visiting a friend at the hospital who has been diagnosed with some kind of a kidney problem. Upon my arrival, there were already 2 elderly friends of hers there and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. They were advising my friend to drink a glass of her own urine (first urine in the morning)cos it should be able to cure her sickness.
URINE??? YUCK!!!How could that be? I told them that urine is a waste product and they started preaching to me about urine and its benefits to us health wise and for better result, we must drink it every morning..... 
Anyway, I came back home and google it...amazing findings...
Now, for health purposes, would you give it a try???
As for me, No - I won't dare....

That is so true...and I'm not judging here. I was just shocked. That was the reason why I went ahead and google it so I can find out more information on it.....
