They say your heart knows.Listen to your heart.
When its calling for you.
Your heart doesn't lie.
Follow your heart.
Your heart may guide you.
They say your mind knows.
But your mind plays tricks.
Our worst enemy is ourselves.
We llsten to what's wrong.
We begin to doubt.
Then we self sabotage.
They say our gut knows.
Listen to your gut instincts.
Usually your gut is right.
Its not based on emotions.
Its based on a feeling.
Something that's not said.

What do we know for sure?
Do what feels right for you.
Do what makes you a better person.
Don't live someone elses life for them.
Its your life....so its your choice.
Life is full of choices.

I've learned that listening to my heart is not that simple. It takes a lot of courage and hardwork. I say listen to your instincts.
I used my heart and mind
But sometimes mind can`t control when my heart beat so fast
But I find listening to your gut instinct takes courage too. Sometimes you might have to do something that isn't popular. Your gut knows....but someone else is saying you can't or won't.
Our mind can't feel what our heart feels. But it can express how we feel in words. Our mind can't control our heart. Deep inside we know. But sometimes our mind gets in the way...thinking too much
Yes the heart is stronger than the mind. For every heartbeat we are alive. Even if brain dead you are still alive....why?....our heart is strong.
