Be angry, but not wrong!Don`t anger, it should not depend on the perfection of others and our own virtue. Even if we have reason to railed against someone's behavior, our angry outbursts will not delete the evil, but will only multiply it. Someone made you angry. Don`t imitate what you hate! Don`t be for this person as a mirror, showing yourselves as his image!

Lachi, dear! I gonna be anger very rarely, but when it happened....
anger is a strong emotion and all strong emotions are difficult to deal with sometimes.
I wish you enough power to change your anger into different positive activity.

Anger is a good thing at times, but we must always be able to reign in and control it.. for without that control we would not have the civil society most of us live in
anger is average emotion, to feel anger is very natural... but when we teach dealing with stress and anger, we support people to use negativism into positive activity with result which makes us satisfied.And especially to avoid self-destruction
don´t feel guilty, feel guilty and feel scared are just ways of manipulation. So get rid of these two feelings, it makes you feel free.
