trying to survive , we grow some sorts of insecure inside us , but cant say its our way to defend ourselves , mostly hide the real selves and not get more hurt.
Insecurities come in all shapes and forms.
1/ Work insecurity.
2/ Financial insecurity.
3/ religious Insecurity
4/ Personal Insecurity.
Oh and then there is
5/ Relationship insecurity.
So maybe insecurity comes from a form of lack of communication.
I.E. the boss assures the worker he is doing well. Family communicate that money earner is doing well. God maybe communicate to person saying all is well. Friends might need to communicate that a person is a good friend and a good person. And Lastly, maybe partner should communicate better saying all is well and everything will be fine.
Of course if all these ppl lie, then that person has every right to feel insecure.
Oh and i wish i had some flowers to send to u like Mr Virgo Single.

I look at it in a more simple way, its just an act men do sometimes , I guess
Psychologically a person can and are advised to make a short visit to his child hood life just to escape stress. And I guess that's what we all do! .
