I am thankful.........

Thanksgiving is a time when the Pilgrims came to America and celebrated by having a feast with some Native Americans in the area that helped them get food. It was a huge feast with many people there. Today we celebrate Thanksgiving as a time to get together with family or friends. It is a feast of thanksgiving, held on the fourth Thursday in November in the United States, and the second Monday in October in Canada. Traditionally, it is held to remember the celebration by the Pilgrims of the first harvest in the new North American colony. The pilgrams wanted to thank the indians for helping then survive in the new world.

It is a time to give thanks. I am thankful for my children (...and grandchild

) ...for the roof over our heads, the clothes on our backs and the food to nourish. I am thankful for those soldiers who risk their lives so that we can be a free country and my prayers to those who are without peace. Amen.

Here the same... tomorrow is a Thanksgiving day.Some people celebrate it some don`t.I like the American style the way they celebrate it.It is like a family and friends reunion.I can imagine how they appreciate and how they thankful.They enjoyed the taste of the turkey too

I am so thankful to have a blissful life.
