Ask a South African anything? New Series!
Howdy Folks, I have this idea whereby we can all participate in knowledge sharing. I'm sure we all like traveling abroad & what better way to do it if you're armed with some knowledge.OK! So this is how it works...starting here today...A CS member will post a blog on his country.....others can ask questions & answers can follow.
I'll go with South Africa first!
So, then hopefully others will follow ....Aus, NZ, Sweden, France, Germany, Indo, etc!
Coz, truly, we all just have perceptions of other places, not facts.
Just so that everyone knows where South Africa is..at the bottom of Africa.
Total land area of slightly more than 1.2-million sq km. 25th largest country in the world, 24th most populous country with over 51 million people.
South Africa is a multi-ethnic nation and has diverse cultures and languages. We have Africans, Chinese, Dutch, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Indian, Taiwanese, Japanese, Russians, Malayans, Arabs...the whole dang kabooty here!
I think we're the only country in the world to have two independent countries withing our boundaries; Swaziland & Lesotho.

neighborhooddeadwood here. I find people funny/strange - they want new, different material & when you present it - they shy away! Ah, but you know what they say> If you manage to convert one, the mission has been successful and you, Shay, Wafy, Luke, Nessa and Parti have more than proved the point...Blessing to you ya all and I look forward to blogs forthcoming on the Philippines and Honduras countries...
