"Get Your Tennessee on..."
A little while ago, I asked my son to call the local video store...of course, he is from Washington like me. Only he hasn't been here as long. Only Since December. So...he calls the video store...asks when the "Thor" movie is coming out....and then hangs up the phone. He replies..."She said she couldn't understand a thing I said" with a Tennessee kind of accent. I asked for the phone. In my best southern drawal...I sweetly asked,"Howdy...when do yall get the Thor movie in?" and she sweetly answered me....My son rolls his eyes at me and laughs..."Look at you ma...get your Tennesse on!!!"

Reminds me how I had to talk on the phone to order food for take out...no one could understand my then spouse's Kiwi accent...too funny...he needed to get his Canasian on...lol...
