FISH AND CHIPS
I'm not an expert on this subject but I thought I'd treat myself at the half way point when walking my dog.The bill looked somewhat higher than I'd seen on the menu.
The Barman had asked me if I'd prefer small chips or chunky chips and I'd said the latter.
He explained that they charge more for chunky chips because they're healthier and use less fat. I argued, 'Surely they should be cheaper if they use less fat!'
Next time I'll catch my own. Well the fish anyway. The chips I can live without.

Ok true story.. A friend of mine when we were in our 20's was going to the chippy, he called in to see if his 70 year old neighbour wanted anything. She was entertaining a friend so she said "yes, I'll have fish and chips and cake and chips with bits on. My friend thinking it was for them both said "ok" to then hear the friend say "and I'll have the same". True story... The 2 dears both wanted fish and chips and cake and chips with bits on!!!!!
Still laugh at this all these years later....
