I really dont like or avoid eating Kudu while Springbok, Eland and Gemsbok are delicious.
Kudu tends to be dry and stringy with a very prominent 'wild' taste. I do eat Kudu in a pie tho.
Oh! Wow. Just add some goat meat to that deer meat.
And make me a Gyros Sandwhich...
Have you ever heard of lycendroids? Wolf-like critters that folks claim live in your neck of the woods (& many other places also.) A woman from Tennessee was talking about 'em on Coast-to-Coast AM last night. Sounded like it might be that "thing" you've described from time to time.
