well there no different than a sheep I suppose there free and are rather tasty gets some every now and then ,a bit under cooked I thinks but rather nice pic
I hardly ever eat meat.

I do not want things killed to eat or a trophy.

It is gross.
Yeah, that's not my plate. It looks rare. I go for medium rare, but bambi is tricky to cook and needs good lighting to judge. I think I would have given that one another moment or two. Seasoning is also important. To garlic or not, to Paprika or not, olive oil or canola (yuck) oil?

123 I be a big city slummer turned fully red neck (and loving it).
I think tidbitthumbs up
handshake Ken. im just curious as to the taste of the deer in your country compared to here.
I really dont like or avoid eating Kudu while Springbok, Eland and Gemsbok are delicious.
Kudu tends to be dry and stringy with a very prominent 'wild' taste. I do eat Kudu in a pie tho.
Yes, I love Animals...Especially on mash potatoes and gravy yay
I live on 30 wooded Acres and have herds of Whitetail Deer always coming and going, usually they just stand out in my yard..They are very tasty as they have many quality farms to forage from around me wine
Exactly the same here.
Ok Ken, you can have the meat. I'll take everything around it! wink wave
Ken.
Oh! Wow. Just add some goat meat to that deer meat.
And make me a Gyros Sandwhich... wine
Gimmie the freezing cow laugh
Hey Ken,

Have you ever heard of lycendroids? Wolf-like critters that folks claim live in your neck of the woods (& many other places also.) A woman from Tennessee was talking about 'em on Coast-to-Coast AM last night. Sounded like it might be that "thing" you've described from time to time.

Search: Coast-to-Coast. The claim to have some images put up there. wow

If God didn't intend for us to eat animals...why did he make 'em out of meat?
dunno laugh

cowboy
Mic...you're made out of meat....wow doh
laugh That's another way of looking at it. laugh
BTW, I think the gnawed off ears was just opportunistic possum or weasels. But I doubt v much a weasel did the kill. :)
