Hiding from the heat
It's over 100 degrees today here.I go out and work in the wood shop for 20 minutes, and
then I hot foot it back into the house for a glass of ice tea
and cool off for 20 minutes.
Over the 11 years that I've lived here, I've watched the
temperature rise and rise and rise.
This ain't climate change. This ain't global warming. No,
this is planetary over heating........yow

Nice jacket and cap weather...seems to me.
Good for doing yard work and what not......
Ice, that is.
But if you go into the city, with all the cars
and the pavement it can go past 125.
You can't hardly breathe when it's like that.
But out here in the countryside, it's much
easier to stay cool.....coolish...kind of?
head to the beach or to their country home
to get away from the heat.
The poor folks get cooked.
Then I moved back east to Ohio and wow what a obvious change in temps.
