It's mid night in the Yucatan
Well I see that I am alone again.It's just a couple of minutes past 12 here, and
everybody has gone away.
No banter.
No comments.
My dog has wandered off to his bed.
The new puppy is sleeping quietly in her box.
The stars are like pinpricks in a black velvet sky.
The moon has not come up yet.
It's blacker than a coal miner's face out side.
I finished all of my chores today.
Tomorrow is Saturday.......yay
But here, everyday runs into the next day.
As the sun comes up, the parrots will arrive to eat my
bananas and the shepherd will drive his flock up my
driveway to eat the new grasses. The local trades
people will peddle past my castle on their bicycles to
do their daily work. Life goes on.
I will have my coffee, feed critters, shower and think
about saving a world that doesn't know that it teeters
on the brink of disaster.
Another day in paradise.

We need to look at what's next.
After the parrots, sheep, dogs, my coffee, and
perhaps even my shower.
After all, cleanliness is next to Godliness.
We actually have a viking or roman day today in the town for sure I will get a pic with one of them.
Your days sound idyllic, good for you as yes we cannot save the world from itself. Little helps little things hopefully have bigger ripples but that indeed only helps live better life as the world around us destructs concaves whatever.
I am sad at the way the world goes but hey what can i do but pick up rubbish or sort mine into recycling bins.

She eats like a pig and follows me around like
a lost soul when I let her roam outside.
I don't think she's more than 3 weeks old and
she's not too stable on her feet. She can trip
over her own shadow..........but I think the hard
part is passed and she will survive.

following me around like she wants to be with
me, so that's nice.
Maybe I'll write another blog and
ask for suggestions?
