Holiday Hot

Today is what I think of as holiday hot.

It would be so relaxing and soul fixing
to sit under a palm tree sipping a very
cold rum and coke with some fresh lime
floating in it while watching the young
ladies playing in the waves off the beach.

But it's just too damn hot for working.......

Actually I like it better when I'm alone on the beach
and I can just watch the birds floating around and
see sailboats off in the distance........

I like to just wonder where they're going and where
they've been.

And I like to watch the clouds as they change their
shapes and race across the sky....though sometimes
they seem to just stay still for an hour or so.....

Rough I'm gutted, I was due to fly out to Cancun, Mexico last Friday and to meet up with David, but had to cancel cos of op, but will go in the summer now,....................wine

That Viking sounds beautiful...I often go for walks on my own and let myself loose with nature...,because each day I find I don't actually see the beautiful things around me....I have to stop and consciously bring myself into the moment and then I see things like its the first time....I'm too busy to appreciate and I don't like that....

Oh really scotty, how cool is that....at least you stop get to go and meet.
I'm actually looking at holidaying next year in Mexico to celebrate my 40th birthday, going with all my family smile will be an all inclusive resort though.

And the best nightlife ever, I try to try a different one every year, Caribbean Village is nice but my fav is Moon Palace as it has it's own golf course,........... :) wine

Just walking along the sandy beach sometimes feeling the sand between your toes and sometimes walking along the shoreline and feeling the splash of the waves hitting your body.
